Keep insurance work in motion

Indico is the Intake & Orchestration Platform for insurance — modernizing how work enters and moves through the enterprise.

From research breakthrough
to real-world impact

Indico was founded on the belief that the most valuable data in the enterprise is often the hardest to use.

While legacy automation tools focused on simple forms and fields, our founders focused on unstructured content — the contracts, claims, reports, and submissions that power real business decisions.

We built Indico to change that. What started as a research breakthrough in machine learning is now a purpose-built Intake & Orchestration Platform used by global insurers to modernize how work enters and moves through the enterprise.

Built to keep insurance work in motion

Our Mission

To rebuild the front door of insurance — modernizing how work enters and moves through the enterprise.

Insurance operations stall long before a decision is made. Submissions, claims packets, emails, and attachments arrive incomplete, inconsistent, and unstructured. Teams reconstruct them manually and downstream systems inherit the chaos.
Indico exists to fix that structural breakdown.

We serve as the intake and orchestration layer for insurance operations— ingesting, enriching, validating, and routing unstructured work before it reaches core systems and teams.

By governing the flow of work upstream, we eliminate manual intake, reduce operational drag, and expand capacity — turning insurance operations into a durable competitive advantage.

VISION

We envision a future where insurance operations scale without friction.

In that future, work does not stall in inboxes, break across systems, or depend on manual reconstruction before it can move forward.

Submissions, claims, and servicing requests flow cleanly from intake through downstream systems with consistency, accuracy, and control.

We believe competitive advantage in insurance will belong to carriers who modernize how work enters and moves through the enterprise.

By rebuilding the operational layer upstream, insurers can expand throughput, reduce cycle times, and scale reliably without increasing headcount or operational risk.

That is the future Indico is built to enable — one where insurance work stays in motion.
